HolyGuest
Booking Terms and Conditions
Last updated: Octobre 2026
These terms apply to accommodation booked directly with HolyGuest Ltd. through our website or our team. The property, dates, price and payment details shown in the booking confirmation form part of your reservation. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms.
Prices and payment
All prices and payments are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) only. We accept payment only by credit card or bank transfer.
The total price, payment schedule and any applicable VAT are shown before the booking is confirmed. Guests seeking the applicable tourist VAT treatment must provide the documents required by Israeli law, including a foreign passport and proof of entry status where applicable. VAT will be charged if the legal requirements are not met.
Cancellation by the guest
For direct bookings, cancellation deadlines are measured from the scheduled check-in time in Israel:
More than 30 days before check-in: The 30% deposit becomes a voucher for a future stay. Any additional amount paid is refunded.
30 to more than 15 days before check-in: 30% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
15 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
Less than 7 days before check-in: The total booking price is non-refundable.
If you have paid more than the applicable non-refundable amount, the difference is refunded. If you have paid less, the difference remains payable.
EL AL flight cancelled because of war
f your booked EL AL flight to Israel is cancelled because of war or related security events, you may choose either the standard cancellation policy above or this alternative:
30% of accommodation payments already received is refunded;
30% is issued as a voucher valid for 12 months; and
40% is retained as a cancellation charge.
If you choose this alternative, any unpaid accommodation balance is waived. You must notify us before check-in and provide your flight booking, the airline’s cancellation notice and reasonable evidence of the cause.
If a flight operated by another airline is cancelled, the standard cancellation policy applies, including where the cancellation is related to war. Flight delays and voluntary decisions not to travel also follow the standard policy.
Vouchers may be used for a future direct HolyGuest booking, subject to availability. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. A cancellation takes effect when HolyGuest receives the guest’s notice.
For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, the cancellation policy accepted on that platform applies. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms.
No-show and early departure
If a guest does not arrive without cancelling before check-in, the full booking price remains payable.
For stays of 21 nights or fewer, unused nights are not refunded after early departure. For longer stays, the seven nights following departure remain payable in full, and 50% of the price of the remaining unused nights is payable. Any excess already paid is refunded, subject to applicable law.
Check-in and use of the property
Check-in is self-service from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Access instructions are sent electronically once the required identification, documents and payments are complete.
Only guests included in the booking may stay at the property, up to its stated capacity. Guests must respect neighbours, avoid parties and excessive noise, and must not smoke indoors or bring animals without prior written approval.
Guests should report existing damage or missing items within 24 hours of arrival and report new problems promptly. They are responsible for damage, missing items and extraordinary cleaning caused by them or their visitors, excluding ordinary wear and tear. HolyGuest will provide a breakdown of any charge.
HolyGuest may access the property at an agreed time for services or maintenance, or when reasonably necessary in an emergency.
If HolyGuest cancels the booking
If the booked property becomes unavailable, HolyGuest will use its best efforts to offer a suitable alternative for the same dates with similar material criteria, including location, capacity and standard.
The guest may accept an offered alternative or receive a full refund of all amounts paid to HolyGuest for the cancelled booking. If the guest chooses an upgraded property, the price difference is discounted by 15%. The guest is not required to accept an upgrade.
Property availability and applicable law
HolyGuest will provide the property substantially as described, cleaned before arrival and supplied with bed linen and towels. If the property becomes unavailable or unsafe during the stay, HolyGuest will refund the unused accommodation it cannot provide.
Israeli law governs these terms. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
